What's the difference between a jet contrail and a chemtrail? According to the U.S. Air Force, jet contrails form above 33,000 feet when hot engine exhaust momentarily condenses ice crystals into pencil-thin vapor trails that quickly vanish like the wake behind a boat.
 
Chemtrails (CTs) look like contrails initially, but are much thicker, extend across the sky and are often laid down in varying patterns of Xs, tick-tack-toe grids, cross-hatched and parallel lines. Instead of quickly dissipating, chemtrails expand and drip feathers and mare s tails. In 30 minutes or less, they open into wispy formations which join together, forming a thin white veil or a "fake cirrus-type cloud" that persists for hours.
 
In August 2000, chemtrail watchers began to report "more normal" appearing or nearly invisible jet sprays. However, these reports go on to include cloud formations dripping the feathers and mare s tails just as the chemtrails do. It s our belief that the operation has adjusted the chemtrail mix as word about the phenomenon is spreading and as more and more people are looking up. Observant chemtrail watchers continue to see the "fake cirrus-type clouds" on top of and surrounding real cumulus clouds.
 
Who is doing the spraying? Witnesses have documented and photographed military KC-135s and KC-10s and white, unmarked jets. Airport personnel and pilots have also confirmed specific commercial airliners to be leaving the long lasting chemtrails.
 
What's in the chemtrails, and why are they spraying us? We wish we knew. There are only a few planes in the world that have the equipment to analyze the spray mix and can get to the CT altitudes, clearance must be obtained to fly into the trails and money must be raised for the $22,000 per day plane rental fee.
 
There may be several programs working at the same time. Possibilities include atmospheric and weather modification and biowarfare. Many theorize that it s part of a clandestine operation to implement the New World Order (NWO) by eliminating society s "useless eaters" and the infirm and/or to reduce the population to a support level for the "elite". Originally, it was thought to be mass inoculation for possible biowarfare attack; this theory has been ruled out with the increase of sicknesses and illnesses in the CT paths.
 
 
Edward Teller's (inventor of the hydrogen bomb) proposal to reduce global warming to the U.S. involves spraying minute aluminum particles to deflect the sun s harmful ultraviolet rays but still allow the Earth s heat to rise through them. This seems to be supported by rainwater tests after heavy spraying in Espanola, Canada which contained 7 times the allowable limit of aluminum. In this instance, the areas with the least ultraviolet protection, as in the Southwest, would be the heaviest sprayed. Most often, this does not seem to be the case.
 
Generally, spraying increases as clouds build. Chemtrails may be the reason that over half the world and over half the U.S. have been experiencing drought for the past 2 years. Witnesses have reported watching chemtrails fall through cumulus clouds, leaving the real clouds "skinny" and within a few minutes totally gone. Typically, storm clouds build and mix with the chem ingredients, resulting in a grey, uniform "mucky" sky which doesn t rain. The real clouds disappear, leaving behind the chem formations which were on top of the storm system.
 
Another possibility is barium salt mixtures. The Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) shows pilots what nearby radar systems can and cannot see under different terrain and atmospheric conditions. It was tested and perfected after aerosol barium titanate salt mixture was released from military aircraft, forming chemical trails in the atmosphere across America. Barium salts were also used in Libya, Panama and Desert Storm where they were sprayed and exploded overhead to make the people extremely sick and weak. It s a radioactive material that accelerates and magnifies the effects of other mix ingredients by altering the chemical structure of the other agents. A spectrum analysis reveals only the barium compounds and hides the "bad stuff" by placing a shell around it. After time, it releases the other agent. Think of it as a time release death pill.
 
What do the governments say about Chemtrails? No governmental agency of any country will confirm that spraying activity is occurring. Most often requests are ignored. The U.S. Air Force has explained that they routinely dump fuel over populated areas to reduce weight prior to landings. More recently, the Environmental Protection Agency states that it may be pesticide spraying. Generally, officials explain it away as increased commercial jet traffic. However, this does not explain why areas with no commercial flight paths overhead are also seeing these long lasting plumes. Some citizens have been told by government "to keep it quiet".
 
Why would our government authorize such a program when they live here too? Money talks and corporate dollars influence our legislators and officials. In 1997, the year of disasters, insurance companies paid $92 billion in weather disaster-related claims. Teller stated that his weather modification program would cost only $1 billion per year. Research into a NWO takeover reveals a heavily funded and incredibly powerful elite group of individuals that most are afraid or unwillingly to go up against. We also know that informed citizens can take precautions to offset the effects of CT spraying by limiting time outdoors on spray days and by building their immune systems with vitamins, herbs, Colloidal Silver and other therapies.
 
Why do you think the cirrus clouds in the sky aren't real? Cirrus clouds are high altitude clouds, formed above 20,000 feet and consist of ice crystals. They precede a storm or are in the jet stream. Cumulus clouds are formed in lower altitudes, 6,500 to 20,000 feet. These 2 cloud formations are seen together at the lower altitudes of 9,000 to 15,000 feet in extreme drought conditions. This goes against the laws of nature. Also significant is the "white ground haze" that can be seen from horizon to horizon with clear blue sky overhead.
 
How long has this spraying been occurring? Cloud books confirm that tests have been conducted since the 1960s. Old photographs show sporadic CTs dating to the early 1970s with the activity steadily increasing throughout the 1980s. Since 1998, citizens throughout the world have documented spray patterns on a nearly daily basis, with an average of 1 "clear" day per week. We have all become accustomed to these changes as they ve been introduced bit by bit and have presumed them to be normal. Younger generations have never seen normal weather and clouds.
 
Do they spray us here? They have been spraying most areas intensely in the U.S., Canada, Europe and England since 1998, including areas with no commercial flight paths overhead. Recently, Australia, Mexico, South Africa, Bahamas, Puerto Rico and Croatia have reported chemtrail spraying.
 
Why should we be so concerned about Chemtrails? A "flu-like" epidemic is on the rise which the Centers for Disease Control says may be due to some "unknown pathogen". From their May 6, 2000 Influenza Summary Update, 11 out of every 100 newly dead people have died from this "Influenza-Like Illness", but 99% of sick patients have tested negative for the flu. The most prevalent symptoms reported by witnesses in the wake of these white plumes are: Persistent hacking coughs, upper respiratory and intestinal distress, pneumonia, extreme fatigue, lethargy, dizziness, disorientation, splitting headaches, aching joints and muscles, nosebleeds, diarrhea, bloody stools, depression, anxiety, loss of bladder control and nervous tics. The elderly, young and those weakened by disease or in poor physical condition are the first to feel the CT effects.

~An Environmental Impact Overview~

In this century, we believe we are witnessing the gradual, purposeful demise of the Earth's Natural System. There are those who will debunk/dis-info all that is written regarding the subject of this paper: ChemTrails. What's this? ChemTrails are only a vague description, in lay-terms, of a greater theater of toxic materials being released into the atmosphere/stratosphere, for a myriad of crude and toxic agendas.

The author, Dr. R. Michael Castle, will attempt to put this Global debacle into a profile of events. Technical specificity of all the identified components would require at least a book in length, to recite them all. A short Bibliography follows, and links to various pertinent documents of unquestionable validity.

First Rule of Understanding: There are very large, winner-take-all games orchestrated by the Global Interests of the World. We have investigated, researched and found substantial evidence of a multiplicity of Global operations designed to mitigate various and theoretical Global catastrophes, as defined by a late 1980's and 1990's International Panel of Conferees. (The value of who are they, what's the politics smell like and all that is not of the utmost importance in our attempt, herein, to describe what serious destruction they have caused and are causing to Humans and our Finite Environment. 1

Many of the operations we have collectively found in our investigations of this debacle have remained a secret, classified and not for general populace information or knowledge. You must answer the question, Dear Reader as to why someone would possibly deploy these Geo-weapons. Just follow the money trails. We will yield all of our voluminous data, information and all references we have used in our validation of facts surrounding this Global atrocity. The recipients of this information must be interested enough in what we are trying to expose, the Human-health risks, the Environmental risks and the plain, simple "wrongness" that prevails. We must determine first if you are provoked to really care, because the research and development of this information for a Major Media whistle-blowing expose will require passion and dedication. Our research work has spanned almost five years of....watching and discovering, with disgust, the scenarios which follow.

This is not a small task.....but the Mission is simple. Expose and Stop the Methodic Demolition of our Natural Earth and its inhabitants.


Executive Summary

Dr. Edward Teller wrote a white paper in the late 1990's describing a remedial operation, strategy, epic-in-proportion, to change the predicted course of what was believed by an International group of Scientists, including Dr. Edward Teller, Livermore National Laboratories, et al, to be the cataclysmic certainty from the results of global-warming, crisis level Ultra-Violet/Cosmic radiation, crisis Ozone-layer depletion and other theoretical doom. 2Demonstrating here, that the same mind, Dr. Edward Teller, Father H-Bomb, was responsible for many ill-conceived strategies and not one gave considerations to the consequences in the Human realm. Safety, toxicity, lethality, exposure, Environmental Impact, morality, were not words with which Dr. Teller had a high-degree of familiarity. 3

These Global-Warming Mitigation Strategies, UV Mitigation and the cessation of the effects of Atmospheric Greenhouse-gases were given a commonality by Teller, et al, and this was the use of a sub-micron particulate. Barium, Aluminum, Thorium, Selenium were to be processed into a sub-micron particle dispensed from high-altitude aircraft, ionized with a specific electrical charge. 4(Chemtrails and Barium - absorption & inhalation .. see links below )5We must surmise that ionization keeps the specific heavy metal particulate aloft for longer periods of time. This electronically charged particulate matrix might also be the perfect RF control field. Theoretically, the heavy metals would block and reflect the sunlight from entering the Earth's atmosphere and reflect 1-2% back into space. UV radiation levels would decline. Teller also recommended the use of Commercial Aircraft as-well-as-Military Aircraft to carry out the enormous and epic task of coverage to the Earth's Stratosphere. We believe that the weaponization use of these technologies has been well demonstrated for a US DOD program entitled "RF Dominance". The US Air Force VTRP and the Navy's RFMP are other military programs utilizing aerosolized heavy metal particulates, including aluminized fiberglass or chaffe are characteristic of current military operations. 6

CIA-led Project Cloverleaf was one of the initial "aerosolized heavy-metal particulate" operations. Massive spraying of the upper-atmosphere/Stratosphere commenced. The U.S. DOD operations soon followed, as the US Air Force became embedded in the overall operations, strategically. The U.S. Air Force would also play significantly into the expansion of a significant Global-Warming Mitigation strategies in the form of Weather Modification and Geo-Engineering practices. 7, 8

Federally Approved Contractors became involved in this massive, Global effort to save Earth from certain doom. Federal Approved Contractors, FAC's, were part of the research, Development and deployment aspects of these projects, and many of them have visited the premiere website 9(See - Visitors) FAC Academia, multi-National Corporations, U.S. Military/Industrial Complex/Corporations, became eager partners in this effort. One in particular, Hughes Aircraft Corporation of California turned research efforts towards this endeavor.

Thorium and oxides, Aluminum and Silicon carbide have been identified in a special mixture referred to generally as Welsbach Refractory Seeding Agents US Patent 5, 003,186 . - March 26, 1991 10 This patent was assigned and awarded in 1990 to Hughes Aircraft Corporation. The Welsbach Refractory Seeding under unrestricted deployment operations began in the early 1990's over a vast area of Stratosphere above the North American Continent. 11 Expanding over the entire western hemisphere, many operations were believed to have been enjoined in Ozone Depletion Mitigation Aerial operations of the US Air Force, connected to the HAARPs (High Frequency Active Aural Research Project) for Ionospheric Heating, located in Alaska ) Ozone Remediation was 1 of 3 active mission parameters for HAARPs, as defined by Dr. Bernard Eastlund, Inventor and Director of HAARPs. The Ionospheric Heating Research Facility was manned and operated by the US Air Force (Reserve) and the US Navy. HAARPs had been weaponized; therefore, all operations were and remain classified. 12, 13

Weather Modification/Climate Change

HAARPs is utilized for many clandestine missions, of which Weather Modification is a fundamental objective. Microwave, ELF (Extreme Low Frequency), VLF (Very Low Frequency) and other EMR/EMF-based systems are transmitted into the atmosphere and reflected by the ionosphere, back through the Earth's Stratosphere/Atmosphere where various airborne chemical particulates, polymer filaments and other electromagnetic frequency absorbers and reflectors are used to push or pull the prevailing Jet-Streams, changing Weather patterns. ( Note: Vast files of our research are available on the particulate, polymers, Microwave, ELF, VLF & EMG, etc ) In many instances, Drought Inducement Technologies have been found in patented systems. Drought Inducement occurs, according to reviewed technologies by heating the Stratosphere with Microwaves, placing airborne chemical particulates in the airspace and thereby changing the base-line moisture gradients via microwaves from HAARPs and desiccating chemically with Barium Titanates, Methyl Aluminum and Potassium mixtures. 13

HAARPs punches massive holes in the open-air column Ozone, electronically. This is the basis for the Ozone Remediation/Mitigation Strategies found associated with HAARPs. However, "patching" the holes in the Ozone layer has become a standard practice for US Air Force and FAC flight operations. The US Air Force has recently, 2001-2002, resorted to the utilization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) technology. High-flying Stratospheric Robotic Platforms negate the manned operation factors. Robots don't complain and never talk and remain, forever, non-union. Welsbach Seeding and Ozone Hole Remediation sciences utilize chemistries that are toxic to Humans and the Environment.

Welsbach Refractory Agents use Aluminum, Thorium, Zirconium and other emissitivity-refractive metals and metals oxides. Thorium is elementally, 98% purity. The remaining 2% are identified radioactive materials. Ground-fall includes Thorium. Mid and Eastern Canada are suffering from what has been clinically identified as Thorium poisoning. There are no other base-line resources for Thorium, all from residuals of aerosolized heavy metal particulate spraying into the Stratosphere.

Alaska Flight 261

One other observation has been made regarding Welsbach refractory agents - the extreme abrasion characteristics of some of the other patented components, namely, Aluminum Oxide and Silicon Carbide. These materials are extremely high MOH's Hardness and only second in abrasativity to Diamond. These 1 micron and sub-micron dusts, upon falling through the Atmosphere, could conceivably find deposition onto a somewhat, adhesive surface, inside the working flight components of all aircraft traveling through the "grit-plume". The greases used on the Horizontal and Vertical Stabilizers, Ailerons, Flaps and Landing Gear trucks may be seriously damaged with abrasion of metals on the aircraft. A horizontal-stabilizer Jack-Screw continuously coated with these highly abrasive dusts from the Welsbach Refractory materials will cause a gradual milling of the jack-screw metals and cause complete failure, jamming the flight controls into an uncontrollable down or up attitude configuration. We believe that Alaska Airlines Flight 261 was a victim of this unforeseen circumstance. Alaska Flight 261 made daily passage through heavy grit plumes from ChemTrails operations associated with Welsbach Refractory Seeding operations, principally along the West Coast of the US, down throughout Dallas, Texas.

Other aircraft, Commercial and Military, Civilian have also suffered these flight-component failures and attributed them to sub-standard Aviation Machinist's quality. As did the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) in the Alaska Flight 261 aviation fatalities. These conclusions could not have been farther from the Truth in these matters. Collateral damage or just another consequence of ChemTrails?

Ozone-Hole Remediation - The composition most notably utilized in Ozone-hole patching is elemental Selenium and an Aromatic Hydrocarbon such as Toluene (Benzene component of Gasoline) and mixed isomers of Xylene. Sprayed from Stratospheric flying Aircraft, films of this toxic mixture fall into the area just above the Troupopause, the Ozone Layer. Ozone or triatomic Oxygen forms rapidly upon the irradiation of the Selenium and the Hydrocarbon with Ultra-Violet/Actinic sunlight. This is the identical photon/chemical reaction that causes Ozone Alert Days and is problematic. The solid-state reaction of Selenium and Ultra-violet radiation is the same as the reaction that occurs during Xerography. Copy machines generate minute amounts of Ozone when the Selenium Toners are irradiated with UV light sources.

The US/NASA TOMS (Total Ozone Mapping) Satellites have verified these Ozone Patching operations that occur principally over the northern sectors of the North American Continent. We have been studying these phenomena since the early 2000 time line. 14

Ground-fall Impacts of Selenium/Aromatic Hydrocarbons - The aromatic Hydrocarbon, when ground fall occurs, (there is substantial evidence that this has repeatedly occurred in the United States and Canada) is causative of Benzene over-exposure. Carcinogenicity of Benzene is known, not suspect. Surface water pollution with Benzene is a continuous threat.

Selenium poisoning is characteristic of most heavy metals including Lead (Pb).

Weather Modification - An integral part of the US Department of Energy's (US DOE) Global-Warming/UV Mitigation/Climate Change, Strategies. Led by the US Air Force, as a distinct Geo-Weapons method, Weather Modification is occurring on a Global basis. 15 This Executive Summary will be confined to ChemTrails deployment in the United States and Canada due to the expansive nature of a global theatre.

Professional independent investigators have retrieved numerous samples of soils and waters; these were analyzed and documented. Extensive testing has demonstrated the highly suspicious toxic levels of Barium and Methyl Aluminum in many areas of the United States and Canada that have no extraneous sources of these heavy-metals. The sample retrieval areas have been documented for extreme ChemTrails observation. Accompanied by verbal and written complaints to many Public Health Care Agencies, causes for the elevated levels of Barium and Aluminum found in the bloodstream were not forthcoming; just another clinical conundrum. Conclusions - Although this summary is only a fraction of the overall ChemTrails debacle, we encourage impartial investigators and/or credible news journalists to assess this core information and either validate or refute our findings, thus far. The entirety of the Human Health suffering and the Environmental Impacts are staggering and too voluminous to write at this time. Other aerosol-related programs will be discussed at a follow-up session. Moreover, biological materials and genetically mutated fungi used as biocontrols may even be more damaging and egregious to Humans or the Environment than chemical-based aerosolized chemical materials sprayed into the atmosphere. 16

All of the chemical spraying operations have been conducted and deployed without public knowledge and not one Human Health Risk Assessment nor Environmental Impact Study has been submitted for Public and Civil scrutiny or for comments. This alone is an egregious violation of Civil, Environmental and International Laws, with respect to Treaties.

The Natural Earth's biological systems are slowly beginning to fail. Rhizobacteria-endomycorrhizae, a critical microbial organism, is slowly becoming extinct in soils due to Barium and Aluminum heavy-metal toxicities. This microbe is responsible for the transfer of nutrients from soils-matrix to the plants/trees feeder-root system. The Barium/Aluminum heavy-metal salts are alkaline, i.e. Barium Hydroxide, and are shifting the base-line pH of surface soils and waters to new highs - elevated enough that certain plant species cannot survive. According to our experts in this field, without this microbe, natural plant growth is impossible. The ChemTrails are spoiling our Infinite Natural Eco-System and no one is watching , albeit the evidence for microbial extinction events abound.

The events of the 1990's were characterized with phrases such as; "re-inventing" Commerce, Government, etc., are uniquely defined by the clandestine operations carried forth by the embedded personnel of US Agencies, in collaboration with International Alliances with subjects such as Weather Control, Food and Water Control and expansion of pharmaceuticals treating new diseases, all having direct linkage to what we have compressed into something that is called ChemTrails. Does this story interest you in the least?

We, a group of concerned individuals from around the World, numbering in the millions, are now extremely convinced that we are witnessing the methodic demise of the Natural Earth in the name of Commerce and Control, big Corporate and a hideous form of Socialism via the Military Industrial Complex. The technologies identified in ChemTrails are crude, poisonous and lethal. The bankrupt independent Farmer of the United States and Canada never knew that the Drought that had-no-end and destroyed their businesses was actually contrived. Seems though, all their properties were purchased for pennies-on-the-dollar by either International Farming interests or International Grain-Farming interests and all that is grown and harvested on these farms are genetically mutated grains and foodstuff, most likely with a Monsanto Patented Product. These farms do not take USDA Subsidies either. Well, that's good for the US Taxpayer, right? This is the emergence of the Food Weapon .

Our ultimate mission is to develop Legislation for the United States Congress to pass that will halt, prohibit and forever abate the practices of deploying, dispensing or otherwise releasing any chemical into the Atmosphere/Stratosphere of the airspace above the entire North American Continent. Such a Draft Law has been written by the Author, R. M. Castle, entitled: The Unified Atmospheric Preservation Act of 2003 (UAPA3) , has been reviewed by other ChemTrails Investigators and seems to be the only method of intervention to halt these insidious methodologies. However, the US Congressman we hoped would carry our cause, tends to back off when it becomes clear that the US Government is strategically involved in many aspects of the debacle. We are not asking for this legislation to be considered, we will demand its passage. Once in force, who will then become bankrupt? We will shut down the HAARPs Electromagnetic radiation machine with UAPA3. This is the same Dr. Edward Teller known as Father-H-Bomb. (The same person that once recommended "nuking" a prominent East Coast U.S. harbor in order to make it deeper for ships of International flags' commerce. In the Super-Port that would result, International Commerce and Trade would be exceptional; especially one that would not be a Union controlled port. I think it is reasonable now to predict that chemtrails will end soon.

When chemtrail spraying in the U.S. began after Pearl Harbor Day in 1998 it
caused a great deal of interest in the alternative, internet-centered media.
Nonetheless, those of us who were keen to understand and communicate about the
new phenomenon were vastly outnumbered by those who simply never look at the sky
at all, and a much larger group of people who, to our shocked astonishment,
quickly decided that the fat white spray plumes and ugly skies were something
they'd experienced all their lives. This baffles me to this day, but an
additional factor that really confused the issue at the time was the approaching
Y2K event.

I have since come to realize that when the active minds that make up our
internet community are being stampeded into fear or a fixation on a single
subject, it is invariably a well orchestrated campaign to get everyone looking
in one direction while the main event is happening elsewhere. Reviewing the
writing I did on chemtrails in 1999, it is easy to see that while we focused
intently on understanding what was happening above our heads, our perspective
and our thinking on the most important questions, what exactly was happening and
why, was firmly captive to the Y2K hysteria. What sort of theory could we come
up with that would fit chemtrails into the possibility of martial law and social
disintegration? It was an impossible challenge because it was the wrong
question. It was not until millennium midnight had come and gone that we could
settle down and look at the chemtrail program in a larger context.

I was honored during that period to be a guest on the Jeff Rense Program for
several program segments devoted to chemtrails. On my last appearance I made a
prediction about the purpose of the chemtrail program which, as fate would have
it, will soon prove to be true. There was nothing mystical about it. I simply
pooled together everything we had observed up to that point and came to what
seemed a logical, although terrifying conclusion.

If events continue as they are today, six years later, I may end up with the
dubious honor of being the only person to successfully predict a planet-wide
catastrophe in modern times - something which has certainly never been my wish.

With a little luck I may be able to escape this honor because I avoided the
actual words, "I predict". I wanted so much for this thing NOT to happen, that
I could only say it was "my worst fear" regarding the objective of the chemtrail
program, and then hope that events would prove me wrong. Since I am now making
a second prediction that chemtrails will end soon, you need to put the two
predictions together to make sense of what is about to happen.

In those days all we had to go on were logic, experience, and observation.
There were excellent photos of spray planes, and good reporting from many
individuals all over the U.S., then Canada, and finally Europe. In opposition
there was a powerful campaign by paid disinformation agents to discourage open
discussion. You've run into them yourself if you've spent any time at all on
any well attended internet forum. They're usually called "professional
debunkers" and their only mission is to shut down the exchange of information.
They were so useful, that a number of agencies continue to maintain full-time
"debunker" squads even today. The main hazard at the time was to get into a
lengthy debate with one of these clowns, thinking that somehow you were going to
"prove" something, when in fact the guy was getting well paid to waste as much
of your time as possible.

The great enigma about chemtrails was their purpose. We had quickly reached a
pretty good understanding of the basic details, yet the operation still made
little sense. I will quickly recap old history so you can see what we had to
work with. Although I'll be as brief as possible, there is still a lot of
ground to cover so I apologize in advance for the length of the article. The
most important event in world history, with the possible exception of the atom
bomb, cannot be explained in just a few sentences.

First, around 1989 the U.S. government announced a quest to make fires on
crashed aircraft less explosive. Spots were run on TV showing a jetliner being
crashed in the desert and a large fireball. About a year later it was announced
that jet fuel would be reformulated to include a chemical that would help with
the problem. This was done, although no one can recall any demonstration of
effectiveness. Within a few years stories began to surface about health
problems experienced by people working at or living near airports. A grass
roots campaign developed to pinpoint the cause and demand a solution. The
problem was most severe at airports in very cold locations, like Alaska, where
clouds of raw jet fuel vapor were released from cold engines during the
engine-start procedure. In a number of cases people were able to obtain samples
of jet fuel and have them analyzed. The culprit was clearly pinpointed as the
new additive, Ethylene Dibromide.

Ethylene Dibromide is one of the most toxic chemical pesticides ever developed,
and also the first to be banned for all uses that would bring it in contact with
the environment or any human being. While it would supposedly be burned up in a
hot jet engine, it was little wonder the vapor that escaped during aircraft
refueling and cold engine starts was damaging people's health. Eventually, and
perhaps as late as 1988, the FAA announced that they would implement changes in
how jet fuel was handled at airports and this would solve the problem. There
was no explanation of why this problem had not appeared previously. All of this
has since disappeared into one of those information black holes. If you can
find any hint of it on the web, then more power to you. It would be a totally
forgotten piece of history if we hadn't realized early on that chemtrail
aircraft were dumping or spraying raw jet fuel right over our heads..

Several things were immediately apparent about the spray planes. First, they
weren't high enough to be making contrails and even if they were, the sprayed
liquid was flashing into voluminous white visibility much too fast to have any
connection with the process by which moisture in 1000 degree (F) jet exhaust can
freeze into visible ice crystals. Second, you could literally watch the crew
turn the pumps on and off when they were having fun with their aerial designs
and, in the case of planes with older pumping systems that pulsed as they
pumped, the sprayed liquid was literally coming out in clumps (there are still
some pictures of this around). Third, during the first six months or so, all
the photographed planes were military refueling tankers, the aircraft that have
the role of implementing Uncle Sam's chemical and biological warfare missions.

The sprayed material itself was clearly raw fuel. In a few early cases where
spraying was done at surprisingly low altitudes people could actually smell it,
feel it on their skin, and even taste it. Hanging in the air the double light
refraction signature of jet fuel (gas and kerosene) could be seen if the sun was
at the right angle, and you can easily see the predictable behavior of jet fuel
vapor with its' two different densities. By this I mean that if there is some
wind blowing at the spraying altitude, the denser kerosene wants to stay put,
while the lighter gasoline is more amenable to being pushed around. This is why
many chemtrails develop a thick, heavy edge (the kerosene) and a lighter
feathery edge downwind where the gasoline is "bleeding" off. In a strong wind
you get an "angel hair" effect. That's why chemtrails smear all over the sky,
instead of just drifting along as a single unit like a normal cloud of uniform
water vapor. You can see this for yourself. Go ahead - take some pictures for
the grandkids. After all, they are never going to believe your stories of white
streaks in the sky without some sort of proof.

Eager for any scrap of information, we did not miss the announcement that Boeing
had received a huge and apparently unexpected order for refueling pumps although
no new tankers were being built. When the forerunners of a substantial fleet of
leased commercial cargo craft, often from unlikely locations, appeared on the
scene and demonstrated that they could spray fuel or just ethylene dibromide and
perhaps water (the trail stays visible for only 20 plane-lengths or so), we knew
where the pumps went. And when the airlines announced that an unexpected
increase in the cost of jet fuel was causing them to add a fuel surcharge to the
price of a ticket, we knew where the extra jet fuel was going, too.

I have to admit we were very slow to grasp just how large the chemtrail program
was, and still is today. It is the largest air operation in history. Every
man, woman, and child in the United States has been dosed with chemical poison
between three and four times a week, for the last seven years. The very size of
the operation, and the fact that it is being done in broad daylight makes it
very difficult for most people to even grasp the concept. It also means really
big money is being spent.

I estimated initially that the operating costs of aircraft and the price of fuel
alone would be upwards of a billion dollars a year just for the U.S./Canada
operations. When we learned that the same thing was going on in Europe, it
seemed reasonable to make it two billion a year. Government being as wasteful
as it is, it might be double even that. This led me to publish my conclusion
that no matter what we did, we were not going to be able to stop the chemtrail
program simply because there was too much money on the table. This has proven
true time after time as various groups attempted to get lawmakers at any level
to address the issue, with all failing dismally.

Remember, this was all showing up in 1999, while anyone who was awake had at
least half their attention focused on what sort of survival food they could get
this week to add to the growing stack of Y2K beans and canned goods in the
pantry. Of course, since most people today have an attention span of less than
hour, it's like it never happened. Still, I could write page after page...

The most startling, and indeed fearful event of 1999 was when, in the midst of
ongoing chemical operations against its own population, Uncle began to
experiment with biological delivery systems as well. The chemical, ethylene
dibromide, is six times heavier than air and falls to the ground right away.
There it blows in the wind through the target area, which can be up to sixty
miles away, depending on wind speed. The gasoline and kerosene vapors are not
heavy at all, and the hundreds of thousands of gallons sprayed over Texas each
day are probably being breathed by folks in Georgia. We, on the other hand, get
to breathe the fuel being sprayed over Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and so on.

Air dispensed biologicals have the same problem. Microorganisms are almost
weightless, and you have no idea where they will end up unless you devise a way
to force them to ground level. Three methods were used in 1999, but only two
were detected. The first was simply to dump large amounts of germ-laden liquids
from relatively low altitude. People would find the stuff on their houses and
cars in the morning, and call the cops. No doubt it was then taken to labs to
see what percentage of bugs survived. This happened mostly in the northwest.

The second method tested was the spiderweb system which, if the machine is
working right, dispenses thousands of tiny strands of a sticky white substance
that can carry microorganisms to earth and then vaporize, leaving the germs to
drift in the wind. Needless to say, if you ever see spiderweb stuff falling from
the sky you need to run like hell. You can probably still find references to
these incidents on the net. I don't think anyone ever saw the third method, but
it sure killed a lot of people.

In community after community that year, hundreds of people would become ill all
at the same time. Some were sick for six weeks or more, and many died.
Authorities never seemed to have an interest in identifying the bug, and news
organizations would never go farther than to describe the deaths as being caused
by "flu-like symptoms". In a year that CDC described as a very light flu
season, 20,000 Americans managed to die of "Flu-Like" on top of the regular
toll. Large cities would suddenly announce that all the emergency rooms had
become full virtually overnight. However, while it was happening all around the
country this news almost never spread outside the effected communities, making
it clear that some sort of censorship was in effect. You had to track it on
line to stay abreast of what was happening.

Eventually the bug was isolated by an independent lab, which confirmed that it
carried clear chemical markers of being lab created or manipulated. Because the
US is so large, and US media so well controlled, the epidemic of "Flu-Like"
quickly became a non-event. In the UK, however, everyone was aware of the
crisis because the UK test really got out of hand. Over 10,000 people died
there, and health authorities were parking rented refrigerator trucks behind the
hospitals to use as temporary morgues. Many victims of "Flu-Like" died in a
rather unusual manner. The lungs simply filled up with some kind of sticky gunk
that couldn't be suctioned out or even removed surgically, and people were
simply asphyxiated despite the best efforts of frantic medical personnel. There
were no incidents in which any victim of "Flue-Like" transmitted the illness to
another person.

In the meantime, the objective of the chemtrail program still had everyone
stumped. This was primarily because it was not having any obvious effects!
Every possible scenario was put on the table, taken at face value, and then
poked and prodded until it died. For instance, suppose the planet has been
invaded by some sort of alien life form. Instead of panicking everyone,
governments are exterminating the aliens quietly with chemical aerosols. Hmmmm.
Not bad. On the other hand, where are the dead aliens? Is there any indication
at all of damage caused by an alien menace, or improvement now that it is being
neutralized. Better yet, what's happening in the many countries that are not
being sprayed? Are alien bugs now running through the streets or devouring food
supplies? That is the most unusual theory that I can recall. Equally unlikely,
from my point of view, were the many ideas that suggested the government was
trying to do something to benefit or protect everyone. Since I cannot recall
such a thing happening in my lifetime, these seemed pretty farfetched.
Nonetheless, each one was given a chance, though none survived scrutiny.

How about immunizing everyone against an Anthrax attack? Sorry, the funding
document you found on the web only authorized a future study to look into a
possibility. At any rate, biological weapons like Anthrax create only localized
events, and nationwide programs are not a logical response. Protection from
global warming or some other form of weather control? Sorry. There was simply
no difference whatsoever in the weather between countries being sprayed and
countries that were not. Purely wishful thinking. Also attractive but just as
fruitless were the many theories about chemtrails being part of some kind of
test.

Various sorts of test have been proposed all along because, of course, tests do
take place. Tests involving radar or radio propagation? Sure, why not? Tests
involving unusual compounds? Of course. On the other hand, can you imagine
what would happen to any bureaucrat who authorized a multinational program
costing over two billion dollars a year to test something that could just as
easily have been tested in a few days over some forgotten part of North Dakota?
The poor idiot would be flayed alive. Whatever chemtrails were, or still are
for that matter, they are certainly no test. And of course, simple observation
of flight patterns, wind directions, and geography made it crystal clear from
the very start that human beings are the targets of chemtrail operations.

Still, we could not come up with a purpose. However, the primary rule of
evaluating any event that appears on the national or world stage is to hold
firmly to the understanding that whatever the results you see, they are the
results that were intended by the folks who actually run things. The people
that control this planet, unenlightened as they may be, still own most of the
money in the world and can hire the brightest minds around. Consequently, their
ability to orchestrate desired results approaches absolute perfection. What you
see is what they intended.

Americans have a very obvious blind spot in this regard. We are heavily
programmed to regard national figures as geniuses before an election, and idiots
on the day after. This makes us incapable of evaluating national events. Got a
big problem like illegal immigration? The ignorant will moan and groan about
government stupidity, ineptitude, lack of attention, poor funding or failed
promises. Just think of it as the mantra of the mentally impotent.

Those who are politically aware will look at the problem and realize that what
we see is exactly what was intended, and most likely a great deal of time and
money has been spent in making it so. This means that you must first
acknowledge that all these people that don't speak very good English are here
because our government wants them here, and has bent over backwards to get them
here. Only then can you attempt to understand the problem, and unless your
conclusion involves some reason why the result you see is highly desirable then
you simply don't have the answer yet.

Applying this logic to chemtrails, I had to first accept the obvious. If
repeatedly dosing people with small amounts of raw petrochemicals and the
world's most toxic pesticide would eventually ruin their immune system and make
them less resistant to airborne disease (which in fact were some of the known
consequences of exposure) then, (duh!) the objective of the chemtrail program
was to make people more susceptible to airborne diseases, and less capable of
surviving them. Any line of reasoning that did not take this into account would
be a waste of time.

Of course there is then the vital corollary: If we could not also discover why
this was a workable or desirable solution to a problem that was much more
serious than two or three billion dollars a year (for seven years now), then we
could still lay no claim to really knowing what was going on. As it turned out,
none of us could puzzle out the "why" of chemtrails at the time, although it is
fairly obvious now.

Nonetheless, one more piece of the future was indeed right before our eyes, for
the most part obscured in Y2K mania, but it was enough for me to see the
chemtrail endgame and make my "prediction" on Rense Radio. In fact, I had
already said and written on a number of occasions that the chemtrail program
must necessarily be a two-part campaign. The first step was obviously chemical,
and the second step must necessarily be biological. There would be no point in
weakening the population's resistence to disease, if you did not follow up by
delivering a disease. Even though none of us could yet see any advantage in
killing huge numbers of people, the logic that dictated it was going to happen
was inescapable. The thirty thousand deaths from the tests of biological
delivery methods was simply confirmation that a much larger biological event was
on the way.

Actually, the only objection that was ever raised to this scenario came from
ordinary folks who asked how our country's leaders and senior military could
consider running such an operation when they and their families would also be at
risk. This was a serious question, but the answer was fairly obvious. No one
in their right mind is going to intentionally release a killer disease unless
they have a protective vaccine. This means that the Clintons and Gores, the
Bushes and the Cheneys, and all the rest of the killers and thugs that seem to
be running things these days were long ago promised that they would be
protected. They could be getting their shots right now as you are reading this.

Actually there are clues that suggest the vaccine was ready at least a year ago,
if not two, so if you thought you were in the upper levels power and you haven't
gotten your secret shots yet, you are probably S.O.L.

Any way, there we were in the midst of Y2K craziness, taking countless telephoto
snaps of planes spewing chemtrails all over the skies, beating our brains out
wondering if the government was really going to kill us all, but also wondering
how we were going to eat all that Y2K rice and beans. What an odd coincidence
it was when not one, not two, but three scientific institutions suddenly
announced that for no apparent reason they had all found the funding to mount
expeditions to the far corners of the earth in an attempt to obtain live samples
of a disease organism that had killed more people than any other lethal agent in
history.

Well, gee whiz.

So now you understand how I found myself on the Jeff Rense program shortly after
Y2K, telling everyone once again that chemtrails had to be the first part of a
two-part program and that even though we still didn't understand why it was
happening, my greatest fear for the second part, the biological culmination, was
the intentional release of 1918 Spanish Influenza, or some minor but souped-up
variation.

Of course this would be a catastrophe that would involve the entire planet.
Unlike SARS, this is a disease that is communicable before symptoms appear, so
it naturally spreads like wildfire. I've had plenty of time to research the
1918-19 pandemic and believe me, you have no idea of just how bad this is going
to become. And, as I pointed out at the beginning, way too much time and money
has been spent on making this happen for there to be even the slightest chance
that the disaster can be avoided.

When it is over we can all wonder why the mortality rate in the U.S., U.K.,
Canada, Australia, and most of Europe was so much higher than one would expect
of countries with well developed medical systems. And so much lower in those
countries where people are in good health but were free of chemtrails.

Considering that the main event is now relatively imminent, I don't think
there's much risk then in going on the record today to predict that chemtrails
will end soon.

Naturally, since the program has run for seven long years, there's some
elasticity in the word "soon". Will it be before the germ is released, to help
people avoid making the connection? Or will they keep on spraying to maximize
the mortality rate and then taper off to nothing when the pandemic has run it's
course? Well, only the controllers really know, although the decision was no
doubt made years ago. Nonetheless we will eventually have blue skies again.
Whether the general public will even notice is an interesting question.

Regarding chemtrails themselves, there is one thing I would ask you to do.
Start carrying a camera around with you and keep your eyes open for a good spray
day. When you see a sky filled with white streaks in strange patterns, go ahead
and shoot up a roll of film. Try to get some buildings or a landmark in some of
the shots to establish a visual reference. When you get the prints back, just
put them away in a safe place.

You are going to see that chemtrails will soon disappear into another of those
information black holes and become a non-event. But there will come day, years
from now, when you may be talking with your grandkids about the great pandemic.
Take out the pictures. They, living once again in a world of blue skies will be
amazed. Explain to them that for seven years before the great pandemic your
government sprayed chemicals on everyone, and this is what it looked like, even
though most people didn't even notice. When they're old enough, give them the
pictures and ask that they also show their own kids, and so on. Things like
this absolutely must be remembered and for that to happen we must all do our
part. Chemtrails will also be preserved in motion pictures that were filmed
during this period, and sometimes are quite noticeable. You can watch "Bourne
Supremacy", for instance, and play a game called "spot the chemtrails".

Chemtrails Are Over Las Vegas

Editor's Note: Las Vegas residents are increasingly noticing the appearance of chemical trails overhead. They appear EVERY weekend without fail, the only exception being the two weeks after September 11, 2001. Such "chemtrails" are substantially different in appearance to the normal condensation trails left by jet airliners. The difference is that while condensation trails are composed of water vapor that dissipates rapidly, "chemtrails" linger much longer and spread out over time to eventually cover the sky with a thin haze. This week the Las Vegas Tribune begins a two-part article to examine the undeniable and mysterious phenomena of Chemtrails Over Las Vegas.
Last year a concerned reader wrote to the Idaho Observer: "Driving across Idaho and Nevada we saw normal condensation trails in the skies above north Idaho and we were habitually looking up as we drove toward Las Vegas. We had noticed that the sparsely populated areas in Nevada had brilliantly clear blue skies and that the occasional airplane left vapor trails that dissipated normally. But as soon as we neared Las Vegas, in the skies directly above the city, we watched what appeared to be a military C-135 Transports spraying something over the populated areas. When the planes were no longer directly over Las Vegas, they continued flying leaving a vapor trail that dissipated normally."
It has been reported that the "chemtrails" contain ethylene dibromide -- a substance that has been an additive to gasoline and airplane fuels as well as a banned pesticide. Ethylene dibromide has been linked to kidney and liver damage and is an immunosuppressive and a lung irritant.
William Thomas, who has researched chemtrails since their appearance in the latter 90s, has noted stunted plant growth in once-healthy gardens and wilderness areas in Santa Fe and Aspen. Similar plant problems are commonly associated with chemtrails in other regions of the U.S.
A brief history of the chemtrail phenomenon can be traced to a Washington state man who told award-winning investigative reporter William Thomas that he'd become ill on New Year's Day 1999 after watching several jets make strange lines in the sky. Within six months, Thomas, writing primarily for the Environmental News Service, has detailed 1000s of eyewitness reports of chemtrails from 40 states.
"Mainstream newspapers have gone out of their way to dismiss these eyewitness accounts," Thomas told the New Mexican newspaper in June 1999, "It's easier to sell UFOs to major media than a phenomena as close in many cities as the nearest window."
Especially disturbing for residents of heavily chemtrailed communities like Las Vegas is a "chemtrail sickness" associated with heavy spray days leaving many stricken people complaining of the "flu" and acute allergic reactions months after the flu season has ended. Upper and lower respiratory and gastrointestinal ailments remain unusually high in many spray areas, along with debilitating fatigue - and something even more worrying.
What's going on?
Thomas is convinced that we are under "deliberate biological attack" by agents known only to top military and government officials responsible for permitting continuing over-flights by unmarked spray aircraft.
Government officials deny that anything unusual is taking place, yet increasing numbers of concerned observers are seeing 727-like aircraft painted "all-white with a black stripe up the middle of fuselage" laying long and often cries-crossing chemtrail patterns over Southern Nevada and elsewhere. None of the planes carry identifying markings.
Pat Edgar has been watching the jets spraying over eastern Oklahoma since a sunny day in October, 1997 when as many as 30 contrails gradually occluded the sky. "They look like they're playing tic-tac-toe up there," he says. "You know darn well it's not passenger planes." Edgar says he has watched "cob-webbing stuff coming down" from the zigzagging jets flying "all day long, line after line, back-and-forth, like furrows in a farm field." Edgar adds "There is a lot of Lupus in the area now. A lot of women have come down with it."
One source, who spoke to the Tribune under condition of anonymity, working as a civilian archeologist on government land throughout Nevada, began to notice "all white unmarked aircraft" preparing for take-off at Nellis AFB and at the Mancamp Complex near Tonapah in the late-90s. "It was these unmarked planes that were constantly laying down the criss-crossing X patterns of lingering chemical-spray trails over Southern Nevada." When the archeologist asked the military escort who accompanied the civilian research team into 'sensitive' areas around Nellis, about the planes, the reply received was, "You didn't see anything."
Another Las Vegas resident, Sandy Range, grew up within an outdoors field and stream-type family and has been watching the weather and the skies all her life. Holding a degree from Syracuse University, Range moved to Las Vegas in 1989. "I first began to notice the chemtrails in late '96 - 14 criss-crossed miles-long vapor trails that didn't evaporate like the norm. I began to see them weekly, then daily," Range states matter-of-factly.
One early morning in '99 Range was returing from Henderson when a low-flying craft dropped a trail right overhead along Boulder Highway. "It covered my car with a sticky web-like coating and I saved a specimen in a jar. Microscopic fiber-like filaments," Range reports.
Government denials, as usual.
Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio authored the Space Preservation Act of 2001, which sought a "permanent ban against weapons in space," specifically banning "chemtrails" as weapons. But in a subsequent version of the bill, the "chemtrails" language disappeared entirely. The missing words suggest an eyes-wide-open denial, which says as much about the cover-up as it does about the spraying that's plainly visible in the sky.
In a front-page story entitled "Conspiracy theorists look up," the Akron Beacon Journal noted that Kucinich's bill "had been rewrittenand the references to chemtrails and the other types of weapons were quietly eliminated." The Beacon Journal article, linking chemtrails to conspiracies, resulted from massive local pressure. Michel Massullo of Akron provided that newspaper with rolls of photos of plane trails and a sworn affidavit attesting to extensive aerial activity over that city.
The U.S. Air Force Website refutes the "Chemtrail Hoax" as having been around since 1996, "accusing the Air Force of being involved in spraying the U.S. population" with mysterious substances: "Several authors cite an Air University research paper titled 'Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025' that suggests the Air Force is conducting weather modification experiments. The purpose of that paper was part of a thesis to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather modification system to achieve military objectives and it does not reflect current military policy, practice, or capability. The Air Force is not conducting any weather modification experiments or programs and has no plans to do so in the future. The 'chemtrail' hoax has been investigated and refuted by many established and accredited universities, scientific organizations, and major media publications."
Explaining the government's position, Lieutenant Colonel Michael K. Gibson of the U.S. Air Force wrote U.S. Representative Mark Green in August 2000 and stated, "The term 'chemtrail' is a hoax that began circulating approximately three years ago which asserts the government is involved in a joint federal program of covert spraying of the public."
But many intelligent researchers call Gibson's communique a classic non-denial denial: Gibson is denying that the Air Force is secretly spraying U.S. citizens. The reality is the U.S. Space Command and other government agencies are involved in ongoing experiments for military and environmental purposes that involve aerial spraying, and the microfibers and other sprayed chemicals inevitably fall to earth, putting the public at risk.
Before you believe Gibson's and the government's "denial," do an Internet search for the following terms: "Joint Vision for 2020" and "Weather is a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025", a whitepaper by MIT's Bernard Eastlund and H-bomb father Edward Teller. Before he died in 2003, Teller was director emeritus of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where plans for nuclear, biological and directed energy weapons are crafted. In 1997, Teller publicly outlined his proposal to use aircraft to scatter through the stratosphere millions of tons of electrically-conductive metallic materials, ostensibly to reduce global warming.
Two scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base confirmed to the Ohio newspaper, Columbus Alive, that they were involved in aerial spraying experiments. One involved aluminum oxide spraying related to global warming and the other involved barium stearate and had to do with high-tech military communications.
And even in the face of government denials, environmental laboratories have begun to identify an extremely toxic component of the spray drifting over cities and countryside. Several independent sources claim that samples of fallout from the lingering smoke trails and have been independently tested and found to contain ethylene dibromide (EDB).
In 1998, a US Air Force public affairs officer told residents of Las Vegas that their sudden upsurge of respiratory ailments could have come from "routine" fuel-dumping by military aircraft reducing weight for landing.
An extremely hazardous pesticide, EDB was banned by the US Environmental Protection Agency in 1983. But in 1991, the composition of jet fuel used by commercial and military jet aircraft in the U.S. was changed from JP4 to somewhat less flammable JP8. A Department of Defense source says the move "has saved some lives" in air crashes. Ethylene dibromide is a key component of JP8.
The 1991 Chemical Hazards of the Workplace warns that repeated exposure to low levels of ethylene dibromide results in "general weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pains, coughing and shortness of breath, upper respiratory tract irritation" and respiratory failure caused by swelling of the lymph glands in the lungs. "Deterioration of the heart, liver and kidneys, and hemorrhages in the respiratory tract," can also result from prolonged contact with JP8.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's hazardous materials list: "Ethylene dibromide is a carcinogen and must be handled with extreme caution." A seven-page summary of this pesticide's extreme toxicity notes that EDB may also damage the reproductive system. According to the EPA, "Exposure can irritate the lungs, repeated exposure may cause bronchitis, development of cough, and shortness of breath. It will damage the liver and kidneys".
Mark Witten, a respiratory physiologist at the University of Arizona in Tucson where an official US Air Force study on JP8 was carried out, told Scientist in March, 1998 that crew chiefs "seem to have more colds, more bronchitis, more chronic coughs than the people not exposed to jet fuel."
EDB is 6.5-times heavier than air. Unlike normal condensation trails, the thick white streamers being sprayed from downward-pointing tail-booms over at least 39 states does not dissipate, but spreads into an overcast that refracts a purple color in sunlight and appears suddenly as an oily film in puddles and ponds.
Hundreds of photographs and videotapes made by ground observers show pairs or larger formations of aircraft spreading a white mist that thickens and drifts toward the ground. Thousands of eye-witnesses - including police officers, pilots, military and public health personnel - have provided detailed accounts of aerial spraying in characteristic "X"s and east-to-west grid patterns, followed by occluded skies - and acute auto-immune reactions and respiratory infections throughout affected regions.
Severe headaches, nosebleeds, shortness of breath, joint pain and a dry hacking cough "that never leaves" are being reported by countless Americans jamming hospital Emergency Rooms from coast to coast. While December and January are traditionally bad months for asthma sufferers, patients, doctors and nurses across the U.S. report hospital wards filled to overflowing with bronchitis, pneumonia and acute asthma admissions at up to twice-normal winter rates.
"We're getting sprayed real heavily with the chemtrails," a Las Vegas resident told the Tribune. " On some days it's just total saturation."
As over-filled Pennsylvania hospitals were forced to divert respiratory emergencies to other facilities with bed space, a south-central Pennsylvania resident, Deborah Kammerer, looked out her window and watched aircraft "flying and dispersing over the city. It was supposed to be a clear sunny day. It became more overcast as the day progressed. I observed how the white trails widened out and settled down creating a haze over everything."
Where is the mainstream media's reporting of this mass phenomenon? Indications of a concerted cover-up came in February 2003, when a retired Southern Baptist preacher named Everett Burton finally succeeded in reaching C-span. After voicing his opinion on the Clinton impeachment trial, this former minister told Americans to get a copy of the Constitution and read it to realize what they have lost. Rev. Burton then advised viewers not to take his word for what was happening in the US, "just look up in the skies as the planes regularly spray contrails across the skies, spraying people and making them ill." At that point, Rev. Burton was cut off. The screen flipped from C-span to the Tennessee state seal, remained silent for several minutes.

Nearly seven years after extensive "lay downs" of lingering and spreading white plumes were first reported smearing skies over across North America, Europe is in an uproar and Washington could be close to coming clean about chemtrails. At least the Bush White house will soon have a legitimate weather control agency to finally "launder" one of the biggest cons ever perpetrated. Introduced in the US Senate on March 1, 2005, Bill S517 calls for a US "Weather Modification Advisory and Research Board" to officially commence operations in October 2005. When passed as expected, this law will make large-scale chemical alteration of the atmosphere legal across a formerly free and beautiful land called America.
(So, can people now legally SUE THEM FOR CAUSING THE DROUGHTS???)
It's already happening. Less than two weeks before the bill was introduced, Linda wrote from "up here in the mountains of northeast Georgia" of the worst spray day she had ever seen. "Not one day in the past two months have we had a blue sky with normal clouds," Linda wrote. Even normal clouds "are 'laced' with whatever the hell is coming out of those white planes that have no engine sounds, even when they fly low enough to see there is no printing anywhere on the planes." Several years ago the US Air Force stated that it was repainting its silver aircraft white, and retrofitting its jet tanker fleet with "hush kits" to silence their engines.
DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THE WEATHER
Whatever fresh environmental disaster Bill S517 accomplishes, this bill will ease the way for admission of a project suspected by many and confirmed by air traffic controllers at America's biggest airports. When and if the US public demands that their government "do something" about the extreme weather pummeling their neighborhoods, Washington will be able to officially reply, "We are." Intended to "develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification policy," the board is tasked with coordinating state and federal weather modification efforts. It's direct mandate is stepped-up research and development aimed at developing experimental "models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes" to change or control, "by artificial methods" the development of clouds and/or precipitation in the troposphere.
This weather-forming region of the atmosphere lies between Earth's surface and the stratosphere, starting around 35,000 feet. The federal weather modifiers will now directly oversee the cloud-seeding operations currently being carried out over dozens of states to increase rain and snowfall for irrigation, electrical power and winter recreation purposes. As droughts intensify under an onslaught of moisture-absorbing chemicals dispensed behind ozone-destroying jet tankers, and future towns wash away in sudden flash floods triggered by rain-inducing atmospheric tinkering, these unnatural disasters and other "inadvertent" effects of weather modification will be closely "studied" by the newly created board. But no studies have been released on the implications of wide-scale alteration of regional atmospheric heat balances. Large-scale weather modification is banned under the United Nations Environmental Modification Convention signed by Washington in 1970.

Meanwhile, recent heavy "chemtrail" spraying over Portland, Oregon and Canada's west coast has eased off once again. Another long-time chemtrail "hot zone", Santa Cruz, California continues reporting clear blue skies unmarked by the chemplanes' ugly scrawl. As recently as May 2005, a Swiss resident sent photographs to Meria Heller's website, reporting: "Today was one of the heaviest Spraying in Switzerland ever." Some Canadians also have their eyes wide open. in June 2005, large graffiti spray-painted on a major overpass in West Vancouver advised motorists: WAKE UP, LOOK UP, CHEMTRAILS ARE EVERYWHERE.
AIR FORCE INSIDER DESCRIBES WEATHER MOD MISSIONS
An active duty air force insider has described environmental combat missions already being flown by specially-outfitted C-130 Hercules transports, which can be reloaded, refueled and relaunched in just 10 minutes to continue their assault on violent storms afflicting US communities. Flown by regular air force pilots, these "science flights" include onboard meteorologists, who painstakingly log the results of each mission. Big storm fronts and hurricanes require a vast amount of absorbent chemicals to reduce their destructive power. To achieve the fast turn-around times needed to complete their missions, flights of returning C-130s taxi to a stop and immediately commence refueling as the empty onboard spray canister is removed. as soon as the empty canister is clear of the aircraft, a waiting truck wheels a semi-trailer-size container of sky-seeding chemicals to the plane's lowered rear ramp, where it is slid inside on rails like a gigantic "soda dispenser".

The air force insider added that other spray missions spread (barium) chemtrails to facilitate 3D radar mapping of the entire continental United States. He also said that the air force has been spraying storm fronts "for a long time". The military's main interest, he added, is experimentation aimed at gaining control of the weather for military use. Did the air force spray this year's first Caribbean hurricane, in which the western quadrant disintegrated just before making its Texas landfall? "There's no reason they wouldn't," the air force insider replied. But C-130 turboprops would not necessarily be used to try to influence hurricanes that typically release more energy than all atomic arsenals combined. Referring to the 757s-767's recently modified for aerial spraying, the air force insider told willthomas.net, "We've got them, but I can't talk about them." He added that many people in the air force "are aware of William Thomas" and his reporting on chemtrails. The air force insider confirmed that this reporter "has it mostly right" concerning the application and purposes behind chemtrails. But would not elaborate on my reporting.
EUROPEAN CHEMTRAIL UPROAR
Meanwhile, the chemtrails controversy has taken Europe by storm following a series of articles by Swiss freelance journalist Gabriel Stetter in the German popular science magazine Raum+Zeit (Space and Time), circulation circa 50,000. Stetter's first article, "White Skies" created a public relations nightmare for Greenpeace when it informed readers in January 2004 how "Thousands of people were thoroughly shocked when they realised, and were informed by Greenpeace in Germany, Switzerland and Austria that-for some reason or other-Greenpeace has no interest in the chemtrail question whatsoever." The Swiss government also came under public pressure to explain the checkerboards being painted in its skies.
On March 5, 2004 the Environment Department in Berne, Switzerland responded to an inquiry by Rudolf Rechsteiner, a Social Democratic member of parliament, admitting that "A number of ideas exist that show how it would be possible to reduce global warming by technical means, at least in the short term." But these ideas, the government office hastened to add, "are no more than theoretical. We are not aware of any practical application of these methods, either at home or abroad." Ten days later, Greenpeace Switzerland climate and transport expert Cyrill Studer wrote an internal memo assuring colleagues that while he had "heard of the chemtrails phenomenon," for the present, Greenpeace "will not be following up the theme of chemtrails." Two reasons for inaction by Greenpeace climate change activists were given. First, Studer explained, "There is not a sufficiently solid scientific basis" for Greenpeace to risk its budget and reputation verifying this "supposed phenomenon". To do so, he added in his memo to Greenpeace staff, "would overstretch our capacities…Important elements of our climate campaign would suffer, particularly the promotion of energy efficiency and of renewable energies, or our active influence in present-day politics." But outside Greenpeace's corporate offices, the controversy continued.
On June 11 German Greenpeace spokeswoman Kristine Läger told concerned constituents: The idea of reducing global warming by putting chemicals in the atmosphere has been around a long time. There are various proposals in this direction, suggesting the chemicals should be independently sprayed and that they should be mixed with the fuel of ordinary passenger aircraft. Whether in Germany such proposals have reached the point of actual realization is highly questionable. So far as we are aware there are no indications from research and observation of weather and climate that these so-called chemtrails exist. Nor are we aware of any project that has been realized in practice.. in all probability this is not happening. But Gabriel Stetter believes that the Greenpeace "Rainbow Warriors" know all about the rainbows in the sky. They probably also know of geoengineering studies to reduce incoming sunlight and slow global warming issued by the National Academy of Sciences. "And they may even have taken a look at the Welsbach Patent," he writes. "But they have no idea what conclusions to draw from the chessboard pattern suspended in the Hamburg sky or the aluminium-enriched 'rainbows'. "Supposing the word 'chemtrails' appeared in print in the Greenpeace Magazine," Stetter speculates. "How many tens of thousands of people more would look up into the sky and recognize that the supposedly Utopian "proposal" has long moved on via "spraying trials" to a systematic, long-term spreading of cloud cover over the whole of Europe?"
Back in Basel, Gabriel Stetter quoted unsourced opinion polls showing that in this "stronghold" of chemtrails believers, one in ten people "have already heard of them despite the media blackout. Several thousand people in the prosperous town at the bend in the Rhine know that the chemtrails phenomenon suggests that something is seriously wrong." Among these Swiss chemtrails activists, he explained, "are well-to-do people, who because of their environmental awareness have been for a long time, in some cases for decades, members of Greenpeace." Not any more. "Veteran anti-nuclear activists, campaigners for animal welfare or against electrosmog-in their alarm they had all turned to Greenpeace because of the chemtrails, which are visible everywhere in the skies above Basel. But a painful experience awaited all of them. They were palmed off with the same unsatisfactory answers that we have by now grown tired of hearing. The consequence drawn by these elderly, well-to-do activists from Greenpeace's lack of interest was the immediate cancellation of membership of many years, the withdrawal of legacies, and the withholding of payments to Greenpeace until further notice."
As Brian Holmes notes on his website, http://www.holmestead.ca , the October 2004 issue #131 of the Raum + Zeit contained many pages of letters from readers responding positively to Stetter's first article in issue #127. "Many of these letters are illustrated with color photographs supplied by the readers themselves." Former six-year a board member of Greenpeace Germany, Monika Griefahn chaired the Committee for Culture and Media of the Federal German Parliament when she replied to a letter from two chemtrails dissenters in July 2004, stating, "I am in basic agreement with your concerns. Instead of making a concerted and determined effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the world, experiments of various kinds are being carried out in the earth's atmosphere in order to cure the symptoms."
GERMAN PARLIMENTARTIAN "ADMITS" CHEMTRAILS
Former six-year a board member of Greenpeace Germany, Monika Griefahn chaired the Committee for Culture and Media of the Federal German Parliament when she replied to a letter from two chemtrails dissenters in July 2004, stating, "I am in basic agreement with your concerns. Instead of making a concerted and determined effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the world, experiments of various kinds are being carried out in the earth's atmosphere in order to cure the symptoms." After assuring her correspondents, "I share your concern over the use of aluminium or barium compounds which have a considerable toxic potential," the parliamentarian went on to say, "however, so far as I am aware the extent of their use is so far minimal." "At last!" Stetter announced in the German science magazine. "There we have it. In the skies of Germany, so Social Democratic member of Parliament Monika Griefahn tells us, aluminium and barium compounds are being spread just as tens of thousands of concerned citizens have observed, documented and bitterly deplored." Thanking the Honorable Griefahn her for her courage, Stetter suggested, "Maybe one day statues of politicians like Monika Griefahn or the equally plucky US Congressman Dennis Kucinich will adorn in marble splendor the squares of newly verdant German or American cities." That would be nice. But the public outcry in Europe will have to spread to North America if we are to stop this massive, illegal and continuing air and atmospheric pollution.

Chemtrails - Fact, or Fiction?

It is said that the chemtrails are not chemical spraying, but just Contrails - condensation trails that occur when a jet aircraft's exhaust produces condensation. Others say they are neither, only jet fuel being dumped prior to landing. Both of these explanations occur, but are not what is happening to our skies when the trails go for hundreds of miles (so not a fuel dump) and last all day long (so not condensation). Once we get beyond the propaganda and admit it is a chemical being sprayed, the next question is what is being sprayed ? ? ?

The spraying seems to be only on days it is not going to rain. Sometimes the spraying is done real early (or even at night) so the actual spraying is not seen, only the long stringy clouds that result. These formations are not natural, nor are they apparently healthy. The lowdown is many health problems seem to be attributable to the chemtrails. Some propaganda has been circulating the spraying is to help fight West Nile Virus, mosquitos, etc. - even so, can the spray be healthy to the humans that it also covers? Other rumors are that the spraying is to control the weather - more propaganda as this is not seeding any clouds in the normal sense..

First, some background information on chemtrails:

In May this year I saw planes criss-cross the sky overhead where I lived on the outskirts of Stockholm, spreading plumes that fanned out till the whole sky was covered with a thin layer of grey-white, artificial cirrus cloud. Talking to people in the street about it, asking them to look up and see, the reaction I got was mostly of blind apathy. A few days later the planes were at it again, and again and again through the next several weeks.

I had read about the chemtrails 'black operation' in the U.S. and now I was seeing the chemtrails in Sweden.

Then I received an article 'The Chemtrail Smoking Gun - Proof of Global Geoengineering Projects' by Bruce Conway, confirming that what
I was seeing was part "of the largest coordinated global engineering project in the history of our species."

Bruce Conway writes: "For the past few years investigators and researchers have been searching for hard evidence on the elusive phenomena of chemtrail spraying . . . There is simply no coverage on this topic in the mainstream media. Imagine our surprise when we discovered extensive proof of government involvement, funding, sponsorship, multidisciplinary research,
policy making and implementation of global atmospheric modification under the classification of 'Geoengineering.' This is the chemtrail smoking gun we have been looking for."

Bruce Conway had stumbled on to a monumental U.S. National Academy of Sciences study on global warming and possible corrective measures ('mitigations'). Represented in the study, undertaken in the early 1990s, were senior researchers, faculty, heoreticians, atmospheric scientists, department heads and CEO's from a multitude of prestigious institutions. The Smithsonian, Harvard, General Motors, Cambridge, MIT, Yale, World Resources Institute, National Center for Atmospheric Research, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Oxford, Brookings Institution, Columbia University, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Carnegie-Mellon University, Princeton University, Brown University, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, and many more.

"This colossal study recalls the scope, expense and secrecy of the Manhattan Project yet the goals and eventual impacts of it are far greater," writes Conway.

Did Secret Haarp Test Cause Blackout?

A scientist who wishes to remain anonymous says the secret government
project HAARP was behind the recent Northeast power blackout. He thinks it might have been a test to see how HAARP could be used as a military weapon, as well as how the U.S. would cope with a terrorist attack on our power grid.

He became suspicious when he noticed that the blackout conveniently started a few minutes after the Wall Street closing bell, so the stock markets were not disrupted.
Then he discovered that HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) was turned that afternoon.

He says, "The basic concept that Haarp relies upon is based on work by N. Tesla when he was attempting to devise a method for the wireless transmission of electrical power`for the purpose of finding a way to modify the weather. It is thought that this technology was used by world leaders such as Stalin`[who] may have used such technology to prevent unwanted rain or fog. These claims were often associated with widespread reports of people feeling mysteriously ill.

"`HAARP is`an ionospheric heater (the ionosphere is the mid- high atmosphere) that is capable of focusing large quantities of electromagnetic energy into very localized regions that are very far away from the source. It is entirely possible that the HAARP heaters were directed at the power grid's bottleneck while the grid was operating near peak capacity. The sudden presence of electromagnetic energy could easily force an unexpected increase in the power flow which could in turn cause a critical failure such as the one seen on August 14, 2003.

"`So why would the government do this to us? Well, first of all, HAARP is sponsored primarily by the Air Force Weather Agency and 'other agencies,' and is known to be used as a` warfare tool. This would be an ideal way to test possible military applications of the instrument. It would be of great military value if we could cause an entire region to lose electricity almost instantly without dropping a single bomb. Of course, this would need to be tested in a controlled environment where the effects could be thoroughly analyzed (such as on our own soil). It would be done in an area that could most easily handle such a large-scale power outage (such as the northeast U.S.).

"Also, being in a new age of terrorism, this was an excellent homeland security response test. By having a blackout that covered one quarter of the country we can now see how people would respond, what the strengths and weaknesses of our emergency response systems are, and how quickly we could restore our systems to operating capacity. If this was a military experiment it would certainly have served multiple purposes. I also believe it would have been a strong temptation for anyone with the power to conduct such an experiment to do so.

"`I am a concerned ionospheric physicist whom has worked with HAARP. I am concerned with the unknown environmental and military implications of this device,
and the potential abuses thereof. I am not a conspiracy nut, and I do believe that HAARP is a useful tool that needs to be put into responsible hands where it is not abused and where the public has full access to its experimental capabilities and data. It is an instrument that is paid for by tax-payers dollars and is currently not in the hands of people who have earned or deserve our confidence and trust."

Investigators in DOE's Atmospheric Chemistry Program (ACP) and TAP joined forces with investigators of DOE's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program (ARM) in an IOP (Intensive Observational Period) at the ARM Southern Great Plains site in North Central Oklahoma in May, 2003. The object of study was the influence of tropospheric aerosols on the radiation budget at the site. A secondary focus was characterization of the cloud nucleating properties of the aerosol. Much effort was directed to characterization of the microphysical and chemical properties of the aerosol by in situ measurements and remote sensing. A variety of
closure experiments were conducted examining the ability of theory to predict aerosol optical properties and radiative influence. Key among these were tests of the ability to infer optical and cloud nucleating properties from chemical and microphysical properties of the aerosol. Further information is available on the

There is a considerable potential challenge to industry in helping to meet the recent National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for fine particles. Thus there is an almost unprecedented opportunity for collaborative work in TAP with other offices of DOE, other Federal Agencies, industry, and academia.
The proposed DOE TAP program is viewed as very much a part of an emerging national aerosol research program, coordinated by the federal Air Quality Research Subcommittee and implemented in collaboration with NARSTO.
The Department of Energy's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program (ARM) conducts reasearch on atmospheric radiation and the controlling atmospheric properties and operates facilities to conduct this research. As tropospheric aerosols are a significant influence on the radiation budget there is a natural overlap of interest between ARM and TAP.

MEDIA RELEASE: An airplane mechanic swears CHEMTRAILS isn't theory and he explains how it is done.
Coming Clean From an airline mechanic:
"For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity. I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important.
First I should tell you something about the "pecking order" among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself.
Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the "pecking order". Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems. No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories.
But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems. The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems. In fact I had never thought much about this situation until last month.
Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it. Likewise if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane.
One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste disposal system.
There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem. When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up.
It was one of the mechanics who usually works on these systems. I happily turned the job over to him. As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to "worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his!"
The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did.
The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane. Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment!
I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind. I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming Into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft's main power bus.
The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system. When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain.
I began to trace the piping from the pumps. These pipes lead to a network of small pipes that ended in the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers. If you look closely at the wings of a large airplane you will see a set of wires, about the size of your finger, extending from the trailing edge of the wing surfaces. These are the static discharge wicks. They are used to dissipate the static electric charge that builds up on a plane in flight. I discovered that the pipes from this mystery system lead to every 1 out of 3 of these static discharge wicks. These wicks had been "hollowed out" to allow whatever flows through these pipes to be discharged through these fake wicks.
It was while I was on the wing that one of the managers spotted me. He ordered me out of the hanger telling me that my shift was over and I had not been authorized any overtime.
The next couple of days were very busy and I had no time to continue my investigation. Late one afternoon, two days after my discovery, I was called to replace an engine temperature sensor on a plane due to take off in two hours. I finished the job and turned in the paperwork.
About 30 minutes later I was paged to see the General Manager. When I went in his office I found that our union rep and two others who I did not know were waiting on me. He told me that a serious problem had been discovered. He said that I was being written up and suspended for turning in false paperwork. He handed me a disciplinary form stating that I had turned in false paperwork on the engine temperature sensor I had installed a few hours before. I was floored and began to protest. I told them that this was ridiculous and that I had done this work. The union rep spoke up then and recommended that we take a look at the plane and see if we could straighten it all out. It was at this time that I asked who the other two men were. The GM told me that they were airline safety inspectors but would not give me their names.
We proceeded to the plane, which should have been in the air but was parked on our maintenance ramp. We opened the engine cowling and the union rep pulled the sensor. He checked the serial number and told everyone that it was the old instrument. We then went to the parts bay and went back into the racks. The union rep checked my report and pulled from the rack a sealed box. He opened the box and pulled out the engine temperature sensor with the serial number of the one I had installed. I was told that I was suspended for a week without pay and to leave immediately.
I sat at home the first day of my suspension wondering what the hell had happened to me. That evening I received a phone call. The voice told me "Now you know what happens to mechanics who poke around in things they shouldn't. The next time you start working on systems that are no concern of yours you will lose your job. As it is I'm feeling generous, I believe that you'll be able to go back to work soon" CLICK.
Again I had to pick myself from off the floor. I made the connection that what had happened was directly connected to my tracing the mysterious piping. The next morning the General Manager called me. He said that due to my past excellent employment record that the suspension had been reduced to one day and that I should report back to work immediately. The only thing I could think of was what are they trying to hide and who are THEY!
That day at work went by as if nothing had happened. None of the other mechanics mentioned the suspension and my union rep told me not to talk about it. That night I logged onto the Internet to try to find some answers. I don't remember now how I got there but I came across your site. That's when it all came together. But the next morning at work I found a note inside my locked locker. It said, "Curiosity killed the cat. Don't be looking at Internet sites that are no concern of yours."
Well that's it. THEY are watching me.
Well you already know what they are doing. I don't know what they are spraying but I can tell you how they are doing it. I figure they are using the "honey trucks". These are the trucks that empty the waste from the lavatory waste tanks. The airports usually contract out this job and nobody goes near these trucks. Who wants to stand next a truck full of sh--. While these guys are emptying the waste tanks they are filling the tanks of the spray system. They know the planes flight path so they probably program the control unit to start spraying some amount of time after the plane reaches a certain altitude. The spray nozzles in the fake static wicks are so small that no one in the plane would see a thing.
